How do I request a custom order?

You can submit your custom order request via email at bridgethegapshop@outlook.com or by visiting the Contact page.

 

Can I hang or place the home decor outside?

Our home decor is made of wood and stained, not painted. Sunlight, rain, snow, and blowing sand may accelerate wear and tear or color fading. For best results, display your decor inside.

 

When will my order arrive?

All woodworking is handmade and made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for your item to be made and put in the mail. You will receive a tracking number when the order ships.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is offered at no additional charge. You can enter your gift wrapping options directly on the product's page.

I would like a regular packing slip (prices listed) included in the shipment.

If you would prefer a regular packing slip with your gift wrapped item, leave the instructions in the "Need item gift wrapped?" section. Please be aware the item prices will be listed on a regular packing slip.

 

I need to gift wrap my star. How do I wrap it?

Is this specific product in stock?

All Bridge the Gap decor is made to order and is processed in a first-come first-serve basis. Please allow up to two weeks for your item to be made and put in the mail.
