Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35.
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping carriers
We provide free shipping for U.S. orders over $35 through USPS ground or UPS ground shipping. Customers have the option of paying for expedited shipping at checkout where expedited shipping exists. PLEASE BE ADVISED expedited shipping will not reduce the processing time. For international shipments see available options on the shipping section during checkout.
Tracking numbers are included with every shipment. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Damages during shipment
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item was damaged during shipment. Photos of damaged item, shipping box, and packaging material must be provided by the purchaser and emailed to bridgethegapshop@outlook.com. To better process your damaged item, we may ask for additional information regarding the damage and condition of the item, shipping box, or packaging material.

Lost during shipment
Please contact us immediately if your item was lost during shipment by the shipping carrier. To better process your missing item, we may ask for additional information.
